With 750 million shares o.s A $4.00 price would be $3 billion plus #1 billion of debt. $4 billion sounds a little rediculous.

I agree with Boldone that $4-$5 PLUS DEBT is a touch above reality. Many of these deals, however, express the overall purchase price as a gross figure. Take the BVG sale of its Tomi Mine to Chrystallex which closed yesterday. The purchase price was $20M US but BVG only netted $7M US, the other $13M bought down the outstanding debt. A scenario such as this would make a Donohue deal at these ...more
