I guess the market does not seem to optimistic about the outcome of that take over.
Usually, not always, the SP of both companies get lock into the ratio…why does anybody buys GFG at .51 if you could get it at about .44 by buying RPR at current price.
This story stinks anyway on so many levels...

Fully agree with you. These folks calling themself "management" ae a bunch of clowns. Trying to fill their pockets with gambling around a potention take-over. No plans, no idea about mining. Just ignorant folks, suddently went calm. Earlier days promising things they never will be able to deliver. Making nonsence comments about a poor share price at 0.08 a year ago ... Now it is at a bid ...more
