RPT should do about $15 million USD in sales this year and cash flow about $6 million US or about 1 cent per share. At 6 times cash flow, the fair value is $0.06 per share. Plus they have about 7 MM boe in 2P reserves for their large oil field that can support. 3000 boepd. Re entry costs of about $10 million should get a buyer 1000 boepd or more of production. So add another $30 to $50 million ...more
