 Black shales contain organic material ( kerogen )  that  breaks down to form natural gas or oil. This makes black shale a strong candidate for holding oil and gas in variable but sometimes very large reservoirs. The Tertiary has 3D seismics which shows several very prospective targets. Patience here will be rewarded in multiples of the current extremely undervalued market cap..
