STATEMENT OF RESERVES DATA: RPT's Proven Assets Value
STATEMENT OF RESERVES DATA AND OTHER OIL AND GAS INFORMATION Effective December 31, 2013 Dated April 25, 2014 Looking back at the Engineering evaluation published on SEDAR: https://www.sedar.com/GetFile.do?lang=EN&docClass=25&issuerNo=00005631&fileName=/csfsprod/data149/filings/02197770/00000001/z%3A%5Cmtnagel%5CArPetrol36792-2001%5C4QTR%5CNI51-101F1.pdf The Net Present Value of Future Revenue Based on Forecast Prices and Costs on page 5 of the report gives us some very interesting insight as to the Value of the RPT assets today. Based on this report, prepared by the engineering firm Gaffney, Cline & Associates Inc. as of December 31, 2013 the value of Total Proved Reserves was 51 million dollars. (note, this does NOT include the value of the gas processing plant owned 100% by RPT) The estimates of value of the gas processing plant range from between 50 million to 85 million dollars (US) This should give the company a hard numbers value of 101 million dollars, at the very low end. But wait, that was as of December 31, 2013. Drilling down deeper into the engineering report, the natural gas pricing used in the evaluation is as follows: 2014: $3.64US/Mbtu., 2015 $4.00, 2016 $4.20 and increasing at 4%/annum to 2026 at $6.84. We are already getting something like $4.60/Mbtu for our onshore gas and the wells drilled into the offshore field would most likely qualify for the new gas price of $7.50US/Mbtu. This changes the evaluation dramatically! I am not an Engineer but at a guess, you have to add 50 - 75 million dollars of value .. at least. At a value of 150 million dollars for the company, using ONLY proven reserves discounted at 10% and the value of the plant at 50 million dollars, which has to be on the low end by a mile, the value of the company today, based on less than the replacement cost of the plant and proven reserves discounted at 10% is $6.80/share. Hang onto your hats ladies and gentleman .. this is going to be big! .. IMHO. Do you own due diligence. Good luck to longs! Doc.
