Cheap shares!

Someone scored cheap shares today.
hopefully an NR soon on the plans going forward.....or there might be a lot more cheap shares as people maybe losing patience with this one?
Q3 financials should be out in 1-3 weeks, maybe then a plan?

Who are the fools selling..... Book value is over $0.90 per share and increasing by. About 20 cents per year/>

Not sure but I do like buying proven reserves for 15 cents on the dollar with a share in a gas processing (cash generating) plant thrown in for free. So whoever is selling keep it up!
