One percent club
Over the last year, and even recently, it has been possible to accumulate a bundle of shares at affordable prices.
A mere 220,000 shares amounts to one percent of the company, given the small float.
What can a one percenter expect for their investment?
As theRock has posted, the gas plant alone contributes $5 million a year in free cash flow. One percent in $50 K annually from just the gas plant. Then there is the gas production and the various kinds of reserves.
Let us hope they monetize these assets through some combination of sales and partnerships. An outright sale should yield something in excess of $2 per share. If they keep assets that continue to produce heavy free cash flow, then they could institute a dividend at .20 per share yearly, and still have cash flow and assets in addition.
