This would be a good day for RJ to start buying some shares to boost the share price reduce the share count, even though it is already very low.

Question - I assume the company is blacked out from purchasing when material events are pending - same as for insiders. Is that correct? I'm not suggesting that's what's happening now as they are likely just waiting for the asks to fall into the bids before they start. But going forward we know a deal of some sort in probable in 2015 - so if the company is buying that means they are ...more
