What's it worth in 3 years?
I believe the gas contract goes for about another 3 years. They have been successful at repatriating the cash flow to Canada. I did a little math on the back of a napkin and when the contract is up for renewal there will be about a buck a share of cash in the till and we will still own the plant .. And a new contract will be negotiated.
Perhaps some of you with a calculator and pen can refine my numbers, but cash keeps building .. I am happy to wait 3 more years to get $2.00/share for the company's cash and plant .. And who knows, in thst time, maybe the offshore gets drilled.
Patient money most often wins.
Doc.

I agree Doc. I have no plans to sell any shares until the real value is realised.

RPT needs to list off the Venture right away and list on the CSE instead: https://seekingalpha.com/article/3808506-the-systematic-erosion-of-the-retirement-savings-of-canadians
