Maybe people don't want to wait for transaction to take place which will take a few months according to news release. I agree tho...why sell at 50 cents when you will be getting between 59-62 cents unless alot of there capital is in this one and they just want to move on now then wait the process

Seems like there should be more buying given that what you pick up for $.48 is guaranteed to deliver $.60-2 in a couple of months.  Appears to be a no-brainer.  yo,  mpke

I agree...it is a no brainier the details are right in front of your face in new release...I guess the only risks are low.. natural disaster in Argentina maybe? Or a big swing in currency.. We should be getting back anywhere from 59 to 65 cents from what the release says

Other risks could include closing costs being higher than expected.

You would think more investors would latch on to an investment that in 60-90 days pays you 10% to 20% especially in these markets now a days . Buy at $.48 and sell at $.54 - $ .59  give or take .
