Ok if your so smart and you think you can do better than management,  how would you gotten full ownership of company? How would you raise money to work property? There no other way than the way they did it. Keeping share price down until full ownership  was had. Now we can look forward, maybe a float of 90 to a 100 mil float after all said and done, 100 percent ownership, major on board
