not always what you get !!!!!!!!
This is a perfect example with the lack of ( better to say No ) transparency with the quotes the average guy on the street gets.
Because there are "other" exchanges such as

Canadian ATSs
- TMX Alpha
- Chi-X Canada
- Pure Trading
- ICX
- Liquidnet
- Omega
- TMX Select
- TriAct

As previously mentioned...the average guy doesn't see a "true" market" on their quotes.
It's not a big deal with Royal Sapphire .....but just to keep the "average guy" up to snuff........
the "real market" quote for RSL is 5000 shares bid for by CX2 @ 17 cents (not 16 cents)
