The annual meeting was less than 2 months ago.  So he just waiting for more shares than decided to retire?  Also where did you see this?

A useful tool, stating facts. Facts is what I go by too, like the facts posted on sedar today. I have not been paying attention to this company and that's a huge mistake on my part, I have send them an email. I suggest you send them one too

Signor Hanzo, I did get one question answered with a referral to another individual, no email. I got to check the shopper's drug mart site to see that the Biou spray is stocked and the 2 oil products are now back in stock. The one thing that I like about Radient is their science & patents, I'm a fan of intellectual property companies and their list is impressive, including the fact ...more

MAYBE HE LOVES WHAT HE SEES and these uncanny shorters like to spread gossip to shareholders like me who are too busy enjoying life and not watching their stock like she should lol lol I didn't find anything on his retirement Looking at the shares the director took, Revenue Canada wants their taxes before the 30th, responsible people always file and pay before deadlines.
