Q1 Thoughts

Good same store sales growth! Good result for a historically quiet quarter,

- Yoy margins improved
- Renegotiated credit facility at lower rate indicates banks like what mgmt is doing
- lower interest rate will reduce finance costs in the future

I'm happy with the growth of the stores.  I just hope management doesn't get leveraged again and keep the cost down.  + I hope the next quarters more cashflow are generated.  :)

See the MD&A  from this quarter for an explanation of seasonality and their debt. Q1 has highest debt and Q4 has lowest debt every season. Their debt level this quarter is lower than the same quarter last year, so the trend is lower debt.

You're right.  My biggest concern was if they were able to keep up the same amount of sales, they did even better. This is very promising and we'll see where it takes us.
