I have a connection to the company, whom informed me that they had hired counsellors to be at the Head Office for a couple of weeks to help HQ staff, as employees had been treated very very badly by executives of the company. I was looking to get back in after selling my stake at .16, but after seeing the financials and knowing just how toxic the environment at HQ is i just cant. Respect your employees before you claim to Respect the universe.

take it for what it's worth as I know my anonymity makes me less than credible but I personally know someone that left the company. I was told it wasn't everyone there that was like that fortunately but unfortunately it was one guy at the VERY top and his lackey. I'll let you guess who that might have been. Wouldn't hiring counsellors (albeit temporary) be some sort of recognition or admission on the company's part that there may be some noticeable issues happening at the HO?  If they recognize it enough to do something about it, then that's potentially a positive note?  Just trying to view everything from both sides of the coin.

It would be a good sign if the top dog at RYU wanted it,  but an experienced expensive hire made the counselling a requirement of him agreing to join. Ive heard as of recently the top boss is not allowed to contact retail staff. im not trying to throw ryu's managemnt under the bus, BP is a class act, smart, and well respected by his employees. But they need a new "boss" if the ...more

i still think that story was a bit of a pump. It wasn't as hush hush as eveyone wanted to make you think. Worked to get a lot of staff's families involved in something they knew nothing about.
