Well, that's the end of that company. If (big if) they get the $10M in "unsecured" debentures the company will fold and pay its debtors. If they raise the $12.5M in debentures then all of a sudden the debentures become "secured". Secured with what? As of May 31st they only had $5.6M in assets. They only made $36,000 in "gross profit" and will be paying $375,000 ...more

C’mon Shneps...I know you’re tempted to buy all the debentures yourself, but here’s another idea: loan me the 12 million and I’ll secure that against my shares in RYU. I’m just trying to think of creative ways of financing my lifestyle. Who says we can’t learn a thing or two from these guys or the BEV bunch ( tongue thoroughly embedded in cheek ).

Had some shares and sold for a decent profit and then made the mistake of buying back in and witnessing some of the shenanigans. Interesting to see the same playbook with Bev. I enjoy reading your factual posts over on that board and then seeing the pumpers try to change the subject and refute them with rumour and hype. I must admit to some disappointment on the RYU side because I thought the new ...more
