How is this company even alloweed to operate?

They have shareholders; ZERO working contact info; no news in the past 2 months; halted; NOTHING !!! What on earth is going on and how do you place a complaint on this fraudulent operation? This makes no sense to me. I have money invested in this cr@p that I can't even pull out.
