Is this company dead ? Anyone have any insight if this company is doing anything ? Shares have not traded for a long time. Anything in the near future ?

they said they were disposing of assets back in November, so DID they dispose of those assets and do they have money in the bank. Ya, I can check filings, but im to lazy.
