If someone is looking to buy

Our SALT then i bet they are buying up shares right now so they can buy them sub $2 instead of the very very high price that would be needed in a buyout. Perhaps some of the large volume has been someone buying up what they can

look at voiseys bay buyout. The winning bidder was already after buying like 25% or the trading stocks.

You and our motley crew of vagabonds would be orchestrating the same shenanigans to please our backers....can't say as I blames them.....however My guess is Mr. Salt, being VERY familiar with Stone Canyon & CMP & their MO.....which is undoubtedly why his group are holding the negotiating hand 38M so our side isn't left with hands shackled to the ankles. I think you misunderstood I was just saying that someone might be buying up shares right now so they can save money when they have to offer a high price to buy our shares. They would not be able to buy enough to steal it as insiders hold more then enough to prevent that. If they know they would have to offer say $80 a share they might be buying now so there are less $80 shares they have to pay for ...more

Crunchy.... SALT just pushed up to the $1.48 on over 370,000 shares, pretty strong for a down market and this near the close. Looks like we are going to be in for some good news if I was a betting man.

Ya, I see some minor profit taking near close but I've loaded up myself and but I also see buying at close and thus the uptick.  I reiterate as I have, that this is not a flipping trading/stock not only because of the share structure but most importantly the resource value. two...

Twoponds, literally someone went all the way up to buy at $1.74 only minutes before the close. Sure seems like there is going to be news, perhaps an early Christmas present. I see VUL had a few trades near the end also, they do own 28M shares of SALt. Please pass the salt shaker.

It may be a "holiday cheer" present but I'm waiting for the gold...it's getting difficult to temper  the emotions...it's a salt gem... patience to all, don't sell a single share this will produce excellent dividends...literally too... Salud, two...

I agree, I have been told by people to sell and buy back. No way, not this one. This is a sure thing and as I have been saying if I were to be flipping for pennies I would lose out on a kings ransom :) My luck would be I would sell it for a couple of thousand and then miss the rocket.. I bought another few earlier today even though I am tapped out because I has a feeling a pop was coming any time ...more

Crunchy, I agree, when I was younger I would try and play the flips until I got caught with my pants down, literally one stock I sold, thought I made the best trade in the world, the next day the stock was halted, and opened gap up $2.50. That was a hard learned lesson. My dad said no one will ever fault you for taking a profit but he also said, sell some but never sell all because you never know ...more

A humorous but true money market observation...... We're all brilliant when we execute a money making trade but are loser's or dumb fk's when we loose on a trade/trades..... Full disclosure: under those parameters, I openly admit of having been in the latter category more times than I care to remember. However..... $SALT the Other White Gold along with $DOME, the Diverse Opulence with ...more
