The press release will be out and we will vote at the Special meeting on July 6th

When VUL spun out SALT it was 1 share for every 3.8 which would be decent if it is that or better

the spin off co is well known and is mentioned on their site over and over also, and the special meeting is July 6th as per sedar https://atlassalt.com/renewable-energy-storage/
