I am new to this board but not to SALT or VUL as I have significant positions in both companies. However, I have been reading postings on this site for many months now and they are getting a little non-informative with all of the guessing about what the spin out price will be; when the spin out will take place; what a takeover price might be and when it might happen; who might be the acquirer; etc., etc. Can we not wait for these events to happen on their own time schedule? Also, there is getting to be more and more backbiting and name calling by certain posters which makes this forum appear to be a bit of a circus! I wish there were more comments that some of the posters have done such as local knowledge of the properties or disussions with management. Anyways, I believe every shareholder that posts here will be very well rewarded by the future performance of these 2 stocks. Good luck everyone!

The circus comes when you have unfettered input into the conversation.  Those that critique reasonable expectations based on historical possibilities.  Who knows, this could and likely is a "life changing" investment, they are educated and researched opinions.  It will happen it's just a matter of having patience....but it will happen.  A "signifacant

Yea August is going to be a good time for all. But the party starts in September and to the end of year or early next year :) I ran out of table salt today and picked up a few boxes, oh how I would have liked to have bought Atlas table salt :)

Given the progress to date and legals, you are going to have to wait a lot longer.

They know they have multiple domes and at least 1b tons of salt near surface.  progress is fine and if someone comes in with a offer it sets the min new share price. Legal starts from there.
