If a buyout it would be before spinout.

I think that any buyout, if in the cards, for Atlas would certainly happen before spinout. Buyer will want it all and value re domes would be very little now in package deal.  My best guess based on everything so far is a buyout possibilty is a 40 percent probabilty with price for all in $13.00 to $16.00 range.   This said I think it is a 60 percent probabilty that Atlas will have to develop this resource (the salt) mine themselves. If so this will trade at  $30.00 per share in 5 years.    As to the Domes I think they are in the wrong jurisdiction, just not enough market in the area as any hydrogen development will just be produced and shipped out.
