...they're "kicking tires"...they'll look at they're options given the circumstances they're in for sure..

The german econuts are scrambling to reopen the coal fired power plants. Instead of kicking tires they may be burning them this winter for heat. Go woke go broke.  They will buy as much of NL's H2 production as they can.
