US shareholders and the spin-off shares?

Hi folks.....do US shareholders of SALT receive the spin off shares? Anyone know?

Yes if you are a shareholder of record you will get shares in the global energy company :). Dont sell them as they will become super valueable quickly if they are not right out of the gate.

I am told that according to Chad Levesque from Market Smart (who acts as investor relations for Atlas) that U.S. and German shareholders who own Atlas by Sept. 14th will receive Triple point spin out shares! (info thanks to SoCalcalm)
