Value of the Triple Point

Does anyone know the price of a Triple Point share?
Comment by Crunchy2chew on Sep 02, 2022 8:55am
All anyone can say at this time is it should be high as the H2 industry in the area is a no go without it.

$176/share is what you will hear from a few stupid people on this board. The more they value the shares the more SALT will drop when it is known  Even after this latest drop in price of $1.50 in SALT if they value Triple point at $1 then SALT will drop another dollar. Im hoping its valued at like 25 cents a share or something small because getting 1 share of it for every 4 shares of SALT ...more

Atlas may pull back but the true value for them is in the salt. They will still own shares in TPC so I'm confident major salt players will drive up price in long term. I'm long on this stock and thinking 10 dollar per share. Just my opinion. Hang in there Longs

100 percent guess but with low number of shares i expect triple ppoint to come out at around .95 cents

No need to really guess at the moment, if you average out the value of Atlas Salt between now and the declaration date for the spinout shares, 25% of that will be the likely opening value of the spinoff shares as its 1 Triple Point for every 4 Atlas. It's a reasonable guess as opposed to any kind of hard and fast rule, but the market right now is going to price in the value of the spinout ...more

what do you think the capex would be to develop the domes into storage?  how much would we need to raise to do this on our own, or w/ a partnership? would 100M be enough to develop at least the one dome, into multiple storage domes? or 1 storage dome? i wonder how many cylinders they'd carve out of this puppy? a lower value of shares would require such a massive dilution to raise say ...more

Baby steps here. 23.75m shares to Atlas shareholders, a chunk to be retained by Atlas and a chunk to sell off probably to Fortescue to raise around $10m. That will pay for extra drilling to search for more domes especially along St Fintans and also to pay for the FS. Then either bring partners onboard or wait for a buy-out. I think they will settle at 70c - 90c until news but potentially could be ...more

Fortescue gets nothing. initially anyways. If they want in, it'll be done via private placement after the fact, not the spin out. That's why I'm asking what it'll cost to develop the domes. Dilution. such a small float initially means big value or it'll be bought out. Cant see big money raised without diluting into a minority position.

The bueaty of being as dumb as used2think is that you do not realize how dumb you are. Dumb people like him usually have a misplaced inflated sense of self worth. The funny thing is we get to wasth them flounder around like a court jestor.

In support of inclusiveness on the board Liked2Think is entitled to his opinion and in fact has introduced some valid insights about SALT. GLTA

Should probably run a spell check before you make posts about someone else's intellectual capacity.

You just don't know when to stop....like one of those out of control children we see in a store...laying on the floor, kicking & screaming. Yo mama not give you enough backhanders hence the problems with you coming here and calling others stupid, crazy. A foul individual is what you and your other profiles are.
