IF they bring this to production themselves, I dont think raising funds would be an issue and dilution, if any, could be minimal. Who would not pay a good amount for 1% NSR? Anything missing after that... a bank should be more than happy to finance the rest! IMO. MoneyK

What if Vulcan sells that 1% and finances the construction in exchange of an even larger ownership in Salt? ;) IMO. MoneyK

NSR = Net Smelter Royalty. Like a trailing commission on future production.
