Did those other stocke have 100-200 billion of easy to extract resource in a market that has a domestic production deficit? Fair value for an operating Salt mine seems to be 12.5x the EBITDA. If the market for Salt is 7-10M tons and growing, thats the production objective in my opinion. Assuming $50 of gross margin per ton, that could eventually value this company, once in production and at full steam, between 4.5B & 6.25B.
