Atlas potential buyout and Vulcan

Assuming a buyout which of course, is not guaranteed, I still think it will end up being in $12.00 per share range. This said with Vulcan holding 30 million shares it seems to me that a buyout will have Vulcan appreciate more than Atlas on a percentage bases. For this reason I hold both.  Also, I have never seen anything like this Triple Point spin out in that it is still not priced.
