  The PP participants did not short the shares. The short report over that period was off due to a top-level reporting requirement to report the PP that way as a portion of the PP that was supposed to close on the 15th was unfunded and held open until it closed on the 19th/20th. That's why the IIROC short report doesn't roll from Dec 31 to the 15th and from the 15th through ...more

100% correct. That's exactly what happened. Buying at a 20% reduction to a very recent PP which itself was discounted is a great opportunity - if you have patience. But with so many impatient small investors it may even drift a bit lower.

blah blah blah everyone here and ceo saying the shorts have covered  news flash only the shorts know if they have covered. When down to the $1.30s before everyone was saying the shorts covered yesterday and look at today
