Good news

Find a message from another board here : Finally someone in the circle gave an info to a person working for ATCO mining that the 2 names who are interested to buy Atlas are waiting for the FS to come out to negotiate an offer price for THE buyout we are ALL waiting for ! Papers are in preparation. It smells good. We have to wait approx June to know the names and it let us to accumulate maximum shares before the big payday ! Like Rowland said they waiting the FS who includes the last big drill to give the full and precise value of the project.

yeah he has been talking about it for awhile. doesnt mean they are close at all why would companies be waiting for the FS to come out when the SP is sitting at $1.57 right now.  Make an offer for $3 and be done with it.  If a company is actually waiting for the FS before they make an offer it is run by a bunch of morons

I believe Atlas is waiting for FS before entering hard discussions regarding buyout price. Like any other buyout, hard numbers such as asset valuation, potential markets etc are required.  My personal opinion is that for the competitors to survive and thrive they want and need this asset. Just a guess but 5 dollar buyout very doable

sure would had been nice then if they had been at least somewhat close to the original FS date but they have blown past that by a mile. The likelyhood it will be "early half of 2023" WTF does that even mean is slim in my opinion. the guys in control know they have a good piece of land but why are they in a hurry?  Investors seem to think they are in a hurry but if I was making ...more

We have like 4 months before the FS release. They said first half of the year so the price have time to go up. The post is on yahoo conversation channel.
