Huge fan of this move. To be the founder and run the company for this many years and still be able to recognize that a new CEO with proven mine development and M&A experience is needed speaks volumes for how Pat is not an ego guy, but a shareholder first one.  Im all for it. Now lets see who wants to step up to the plate and get some solid swings on a HR deposit like Great Atlantic ...more

not a fan whatsoever! looks like they keep harping on shareholders. why is that?  to remind us that the pain we're experiencing and going to keep experiencing is for our own good?! looks to me like we've been low-balled, the stink bid has been soundly rejected. we dont need a negotiating guru.  didn't we hire some big investment firm?  so what do we need a deal maker ...more
