Buy out price?

What price are people expecting if this is sold? When? Is $5.00 realistic this year. That would be a great return and not a pipe dream.

Based on anticipated salt tonnage per annum, cost, possible life of mine,  available markets etc I think a 4.50 to 5 dollar buyout very possible. My opinion only
