depends on your definition of "few weeks" my definition = 2 to 3 weeks max But when companies say this they can classify it as whatever they want  could be any number from 2 to 51 with the way they can spin things.

The recuitment process can take up to 3-6 months. I doubt you will hear anything this week. We deal with KBRS/Meridia regularly. It's usually up to a month before the firm gets back with even their vetted candidates (especially for a publicly-posted position). After that, the interviewing process begins.

SaLt execs would have been told this will take up to 6 months no doubt. They should not have soun this,as within a few weeks  it's  not straightforward  and misleads shareholders.

Isn't that pretty much what they've been doing for a year now?  This management team has been an absolute disaster.  It's pretty clear at this point they don't have a clue what they're doing imo.
