Serious question.... Do you honestly think it would be a good move to float the FS out there without a new CEO in place to speak to it intelligently?

No it wouldn't be a good idea also things that wouldn't be a good idea  1. saying FS will be done last year and then it isn't  2. saying FS will be done first half of 2024 and then it isnt 3. saying a new ceo will be hired in a "couple weeks" and he or she wasn't.  they should had continued to try and work until they had hired a ceo.  why are ...more

Fair. However, what makes you think the FS is not done? Just because it's not released doesn't mean its not fundamentally done. We have all said that announcing a new CEO in 'a few weeks' was a brain fart. No excuse for that slip. However, that any many other things are what has spawned the changes afoot. As far as 'why did they not work until they hired a CEO'....I' ...more
