Using another bullboard posters formula: The high water mark for SALT was $4.48 almost a year ago, so (utilizing a standard 50% premium) $6.72 would be the bar that suitors would need to surpass just to get an initial bid through the front door.

So you think someone will pay 150% of the high water mark despite being down 75% of f the high and 12 years into a "project" with no start date. I have shares in a unicorn farm and I can get you in at the ground floor....say 100K should do it...

Yeah that 50% premium isn't applied to the target's all time high, try maybe 30 day average sp.
