what does hitting the ground running look like for FNG? - effin new guy :)

wouldn't it be nice if they announced the CEO and some large funding as they drop the FS on us?  wonder what the odds are...surely they've been hard at work talking to some banks about 200+ million loan?  hopefully not going to finance this via equity.... or maybe a JV at the same time w/ FS, with associated CHEAP financing!


it doesn't look like this:  reviewing and replacing happy's with glad's in the FS.  or quibbiling over minor deets.
