What's amazing about this FS is that even on the most conservative basis of 2.5mpta and NPV (8) this has a $1 billion NPV while the market cap of $SALT isn't even 13% of that valuation (123M mc)

Then when you begin scaling this out to how the mine is actually built, at 4mpta, the NPV sky rockets to $2 Billion with 8% discount rate and $4.1 Billion at 5% discount rate. 

This is the real deal here. LFG

Agreed.  Extremely undervalued, market needs to wake up.  Will it?
