Brilliant news. Atlas simply has to move forward with project development or else this will have little reason to move forward re the competition. If a competitor wants this let them pay in the order of $13.00 per share and barring a buyout lets develop this vast resource. The market is there and profits can be had. that's 6 peeps on this core project execution team. plus a new CFO.  talk about getting the show on the road!  can't be cheap paying all these people... during the dark days of winter... are we going to submit env assessment?  they did say by end of year, so only a week or so left.  maybe we'll just hear once it's been approved, not just submitted.  great
