Already had to hire another company to review the feasibility.  why is that? 1. Does Rick not think slr did a good job even though they took forever and were delayed twice in doing it? 2. Did they think it would bump up interest to try and sell this thing? bottom line not much will happen this year. Maybe next year they will buy some equipment
