Again bt at $.68

Again, TD waterhouse does not show the trade. I bought another 5000 shares at $.68, filled immediately, but does not show on the TD W app. It's as if nothing happened.

It won't show because I believe you probably got the shares a lot cheaper as 68 cents was your max price offered

Happened to me in past, but also know whst you mean as times my trade doesn't reflect in volume traded
