anyone heard any news on progress???  Still waiting for a completed LOI???? I thought platforms are up and ready for drills??

Far as I can see by the news releases, permits are all there and they're still waiting on Rio Alto.   If you look at Rio Alto's chart, you could be forgiven for thinking something suddenly went drastically wrong with that company.
