Unfortunately, AGM's are non events even though they are delayed and usually pushed to latest dates permissable. Usually just Howie, Christopher and another lady voting themselves stock options, acceptance of annual reports anf keeping a lid on the number of board members. There is a lawyer in the room too and thats it. Shareholders that are opponents to BoD do not attend. I could go, but its ...more

You can't vote "against" pigs. You can only "withold" your vote which to a VSE pig means they are doing a good job. I'm surprised it took some long time investors this long to finally call this shat show what it really is. A way for pigs to make money all the while not accomplishing one single thing.
