That paragraph in Howard last update is to prepare shareholder for some dilution. The fact that he point out that the last pp was 2 years ago is a definite value that it's coming. Of course he said that it's not planned and they have a strategy. With a bad update like this one would you add the fact that you need more money now!!!! Sirona's last private placement financing was 2 years ago, a similar financing is not planned. Management has a strategy on how to move forward including non-dilutive sources currently being explored.

No I'm not back!! Like I said before, I believe in the science but not in the people running the show!!!! If I'm proven wrong, I might at some point come back. That would have to include the departure of Howard and is deceiving tactics.
