New Milestone List - or lack of.....

Well they just completely obliterated the upcoming Milestones timelines in the new July Investor Presentation.  And what is this get feedback on Phase I analysis?  Get it done for crying out loud - screw feedback!  What kind of Mickey Mouse contract did they sign?  Feedback?  How about results Howard!!!

Sirona is working intensively towards achieving the following milestones:* • Establish terms with global pharma company for rights to TFC-1067 • Establish terms with new organization in China for TFC-1067 • Receive terms for additional licensing agreement for the SGLT2 inhibitor in new markets • Secure non-dilutive funding through anticipated collaborations • Receive feedback on analysis from Phase I (from Wanbang) for the SGLT2 inhibitor • Complete safety studies for anti-aging compound in preparation for clinical study • Establish detailed project plan for scale-up and clinical trial • Enter clinical trial for anti-wrinkle compound • Advance the anti-viral compounds into preclinical studies

Also note none of the Milestones have any firm language around them?  Completely makes them non-events without revenue or consequence.  No contracts finalized, no agreements finalized, no revenue language.  Everthing is "establish terms"   "receive terms" "receive feedback".  What they need is to close a darn contract or agreement.

Speechless at seeing such new lows of incompetence and late in the game reversal of their self proclaimed milestones. They failed yet again to meet their own dealines, even on such low value objectives. How are these guys still im management is beyond me after so many failures

MWM. This has been going on for a decade. It's time for Howhee to end his CEO apprenticeship and own up to the fct he needs to move on and find another apprenticeship to suck dry while he learns the job.

Specially considering they had a handful of meaningful milestones to hit within a few weeks which had already been delayed by months.  Now they just rip that up and throw it to the wind.  Sounds like they've either complicated matters so much that contracts are now months/years away or have zero leverage to obtain results in the case of Wanbang and the Phase I that they are now

Well said, shareholders do not forget the history of costly random incremental management decisions and perpetual delays. Bottom line is that Howie is not believable at all anymore after his latest bout of failures to achieve their own milestones. This is a business, not a charity. Businesses eventually need to make money to be viable or they fail, regardless of the science or how wonderful the

China doesnt recognize patents. TFC 1067 could  be sold out the back door of the chinesse manufacturer and no authority within China would enforce a western patent anyway.
