Prohibited or not interested?
I have noticed that there's no insiders buys on this low level - could management be prohibited at this point if time or simply not interested?

They are simply not interested. It's been a very long time since insider buying other then Christopher made a small acquisition last spring. Why would they buy anything while they have free share annually.

The SOBs better exercise their options early if the co. needs cash before doing a private placement.

I assume you mean the warrants. Options do not provide cash back to company. Warrants are one way to raise cash, and other ways relate to ongoing and growing revenue from the Rodan contract. Good pickup in volume today.
