Wake up call SBM - 52 week low. All time low for Managment!

Welcome to 52 week low.  This failure clearly lies square on management and specifically Howard.  Layer upon layer of missed milestones over years has definitely left shareholders with a lack of trust when it comes to the words that fall out of Howard’s cake hole.  

 

Before Christmas he was saying 2 international companies where negotiating for the animal use with one of them signed up and the other pending.  Then silence…..then next update said they now had 4 companies at the table and still nothing finalized.  Then before the milestones were to be met Howard revised them and pushed them out further.  Then as they became due they just said screw it – we’re not even going to put dates on milestones anymore.  So basically Howard decided he didn’t like being held accountable to specific dates or have any kind of performance metrics associated with his position.  Probably cause they like dishing out bonuses, options and frothy monthly payments for little to no results.

Why don't you ask them when the revised AGM is being held. Momentumpr will tell you. Remember when we were all speculating when the R&F launch was? March, 2021. Remember when we started climbing off the lows, 3 months prior. 19 cents to 56 cents.  Assuming they have chosen the AGM date carefully, and assuming they hold to the new date, and assuming they know way more than the ...more
