Why all the delays??

I guess it ie easy to point out the other party is the reasons why things are delayed, but one hs to wonder.....Do all these delays come about becuase they have to schedule meetings around Howhee's schedule??

Having asked that, I'm sure that Howhee is available full time based on the money he is earning from us shareholders.

Boy. Can you imagine how hard it woud be to make a deal with both sides at the table have partime management?
