He was suggesting 32M annual on licensing royalties. That alone brings in excess of $1.50 per share minimum, plus animal health as the home run. You need to do some math my friend.

You obviously didn't go to finance school. That's ok. EPS multiplier of 10.8x to 17x (for emerging biotech) = $1.51 to $2.38 Valuation multiples are widely known to be higher if the broader science platform is demonstrated to have further reaching implications.

I agree with the simple maths, however, it will only come to fruition if Howard finally make a deal, a big deal!!! Let's all hope!!!

That I do agree with. Proof in the pudding. BTW - someone just messaged me saying Barclays is buying right now. That is a new player I believe.

Overhead cost on the licencing deal is approx $2.5M, which is essentially the current/ongoing corporate overhead. These types of licencing revenues have very little future variable costs associated with it. The typical licensing scenario is different from the R&F agreement where the ingredients raw are supplied. Near pure profit scenario. Stop talking please. Moron.

So you think. You will likely not be able to retire and cash out. You will have to wait for a buyout. Sorry.
