NASDAQ listing requirements...

To put the speculation on what is required to get listed on NASDAQ.

What are the rules to be listed on NASDAQ?
To be listed on the NASDAQ exchange and reporting system, the following requirements:
  1. Shareholders Equity of at least $2,000,000
  2. At least 100,000 shares of public float
  3. A minimum of 300+ shareholders
  4. Total assets of $4,000,000
  5. At least two market makers
  6. $3 USD minimum bid price of the company stock (or around $3.80 CDN)
  7. Public float market value of $1,000,000
Source: NASDAQ listing requirements

I don't see this happening anytime soon unless management wants to make this happen either with massive news announcement(s) that gets a broader base of shareholders excited or a large share consolidation... and/or both.

Maybe a shift to TSX major exchange (instead of the Venture) would be a first step. See Sernova (TSX: SVA, OTCQB: SEOVF)
