Most important item I got from her article is that of all the current Big Pharma deals completed, 70% did not disclose the upfront payment. So SBM's deal is part of the majority in this case.

The connection with Linda and Dr Bieber has now put Sirona at the next level of respect in the Pharma world. IMO. Plus, the deal with Abbvie has done the same...it will give confidence to other companies to pay for Sirona's science. It shouldn't be taken lightly.  Sirona will be connected to a larger part of the Pharma world...so i see future deals will become alot smoother and

Linda stated 58% did not disclose financials of the deals and 70% did not disclose the upfront payment. She did not mention which are public companies, but how many big pharma are not public? I have no clue.

With no revenues, the upfront payment to Sirona will be revealed in next fins end of Sept. so why delay the inevitable.

My guess is Sirona has already received the first tranche because of the giddiness of the news releases. That should be  in the financials. Diciphering longer term payments from the Notes is anybody's guess. Unless the financials become credible, are cleaned up and transparent, no fund managers will be able to justify a risky investment to their clients or peers. Even shorty, as nasty as
